Our New Older People’s Wellbeing Companion 🙏❤️

Kariann has spent much of her working life supporting people through times of change.  She has had a long career in Learning and Development, across a range of industries, predominantly within the Energy Sector.  Alongside her career, she trained as counsellor, gaining a Post graduate Diploma in Counselling, and for a number of years has continued to work across both areas.  She now wishes to focus more of her time on the work that really calls her.

She particularly enjoys supporting people through life transitions, including loss, bereavement and changing circumstances,  as well as hearing people’s life stories and finding ways to make a difference in the community.

Kariann is supported by her husband Jack, and her grown up children Connor and Georgia, who both now live in the Central Belt.   Family is very important to her; however she also loves learning and reading (both non-fiction and fiction).
