This week marks 𝟮𝟱 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝟵/𝟭𝟭 𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗮𝗰𝗸𝘀, a day that changed the lives of thousands and left a deep mark on communities across the world. Nearly 3,000 people were killed, and many more continue to carry grief, trauma, and memories that shape their lives even now. As we remember this anniversary, we honour those who died, those who survived, and the first responders whose courage saved many. We also hold in prayer all who still long for healing, and we recommit ourselves to the work of peace in our own time.

God of mercy, On this anniversary, gather in Your care all who mourn, all who remember, and all who seek a more peaceful world. Heal what is wounded, calm what is fearful, and guide us in the way of compassion and hope. Make us bearers of Your peace. Amen.

Lovely to meet you last Sunday 🙂

So fab to have you working across Brechin, Farnell, Edzell and Stracathro. Supporting older people across all those big life transitions is going to be so valuable. We are so fortunate to have you xx

Welcome to the team.

Great initiative care of the elderly is often neglected

When was the last time you had a moment to yourself? 💛

Life is busy. The mental load is endless. Sometimes you just need a breather.

Thursday Night Light is a calm, welcoming space where you can step away from the noise for a little while. Sit with a cuppa, try some simple arts and crafts, light a candle, chat with someone, or simply enjoy a moment of peace.

No pressure. No expectations. Just a chance to reset before the week rushes on again.

You don’t need to be religious or attend church - everyone is welcome.

✨ Come for five minutes or stay the whole evening.
✨ A little pause can make a big difference.
WHERE: Gardner Memorial Church, Brechin (opposite the library)
WHEN: Every Thursday 7pm-9pm (drop in anytime)

Fresh tea bags weekly 🤣

🙏 We are delighted to share the first episode of a shared online Worship and Prayer from the Presbytery of Perth

It’s a wonderful reminder that our congregation is part of something bigger - a wider church family growing, praying, and worshipping together⛪🙏
