πŸ’› Time to say a HUGE thank you! πŸŽ‰

A huge thank you to everyone who helped bring the Community Big Lunch Picnic 2026 together. What a day, full of laughter, music, community spirit, and yes… a very Scottish dose of unpredictable weather! But you all showed up, embraced it, and made the event shine anyway.
And of course, a massive thank you to everyone who came along and joined in the fun. These events only come alive because of you.

In no particular order, thank you to…
David Mollison our piper
Brechin City Band for coming along every year to play for us
Scott Carnegie for playing scottish tunes for us
Tam Thomas Smith for being a DJ for us
Joe Wishart our fabulous compere
Cathedral Boxing Club for coming along and always helping us out
New Brechin Men’s Shed for the tombola
Trina’s Tasty Treats like we need a reason to eat cake!
Brian and the girls from Combined Productions for bringing the sweets
The Brechin Cadets for helping with everything from heavy lifting to handing out the children's medals, special thanks to Molly who turns her hand to anything!
George Garden for all his hard work helping transfer the barriers
Thanking, Tara, who turned up eager to help anyway she could and then roped in her daughter - community spirit at it's best ❀️
The Thursday Night team of Steve, Heather and Sophie
Maisondieu Primary for the loan of sports equipment
Maison Dieu Coffee Roasters - for the flasks of coffee
And lastly all our own hardworking team, you all know who you are!
THANK YOU ALL πŸ˜πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘
