A heartfelt thank you to Jillian and Fiona for their kindness in donating their father’s piano to Brechin Gardner Memorial Church.
This beautiful instrument belonged to Rev Jim Drysdale, a much‑loved minister whose gentle presence and faithful service shaped our church family for many years.
We are deeply grateful for this generous gift. Rev Jim and his wife, Ann’s, legacy continues to live on in the life and worship of our church.

Tonight at the Salvation Army Hall, Southesk Terrace, Brechin.
The reception group is a place where people can speak openly about whatever they’re facing – whether that’s addiction, mental health struggles, or simply feeling overwhelmed. It isn’t a recovery group, but a friendly space for support, listening and encouragement. If you feel you might need further help, we can gently signpost you to the right places. There is no judgement her. Everyone is welcome.
Those who lead the reception have also been through difficult times in their own lives, so we understand, and we can relate to one another with honesty and compassion.
