A deadly ebola outbreak is tearing through the Democratic Republic of Conga (DRC).  Cases have already been reported in Uganda and neighbouring countries are at high risk.  As of 26th May 2026, 220 people have died, believed to be from Ebola, with more than 900 suspected cases.
